Google has removed #Mitro and #RemoveChinaApps from it’s Play Store for policy violations. Google usually removes the apps that violates Play Store policies. These apps had become popular after Prime Minister #NarendraModi’s #vocalforlocal and amid the India-China border dispute
Remove China Apps, which promises to help remove Chinese-origin apps from your phone has crossed one million downloads on the Google Play Store within 10 days of it’s launched. The app makers claim to have been inspired by the call for #AatmanirbharBharat and Sonam Wangchuk’s video message to boycott Chinese products. If you have already downloaded Remove China App on your phone it will still work for you.
Recently, another app #Badiyaa app “Mitron” which was believed to be made India and seen as a rival to TikTok crossed 5 million downloads on Google Play Store.
