Baileys Oreo trifle in a glass
Ingredients – For 4 people
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 100 ml Irish whiskey cream liqueur (e.g. Baileys)
- 300 g Whipped cream
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 80 g Oreo cookies
Preparation – 25 minutes
1.Chop the chocolate finely and melt over a warm water bath. Beat the liqueur, cream and powdered sugar until stiff. Halve the cream and stir in the melted chocolate quickly under half. Crumble biscuits finely.
2.Biscuit crumbs, except for something to sprinkle, layer liqueur cream and chocolate cream in glasses. Sprinkle with other cookie crumbs and chill for at least 1 hour.
